order the super family meal, asked for my pizzas too be double sliced and they weren't, wings were soggy n burnt not well done how I ordered, delivery was on time but went to the wrong house what saddens me the most was the fact that both pizzas were cold highly disappointed and then there's the sushi I didn't order as well but for 63.00 this was a waste of money for me

Google has 10am open, 1 hour earlier then most other pizza places up here, so I go wait, 10 comes around its still closed, no answer on the phone. Im gonna go wait at gridiron until 11 for some good pizza like i should have done, lesson learned. Ps doors also say 10am. If you cant open up as advertised why even run a business. Wasting peoples time energy resources.

This place is ridiculously unprofessional! I ordered a pineapple and jalapeño pizza and garlic cheese sticks for delivery and they sent me pepperoni. I paid $10 in delivery in fees because they’ve partnered with some ridiculous delivery service called slice which is a joke. I cannot eat pepperoni - I’m Muslim. The worker refused to give me a refund and so did the delivery service. They also refused to send me the correct pizza because they didn’t have any drivers. How can a delivery service not have drivers? They said if I want my pizza to re-order it and pay all over again.After back and forth I only got refunded $15 for the pizza instead of the full $35 order which includes $10 of delivery fees. My family spends hundreds at this place but they have lost my business. I lost a big chunk of money and have no food to eat tonight. Beware of this scamming place. I have never experienced anything like this before. Instead of issuing me a full refund or resending my order- they refused to authorize a refund knowing I cannot even eat pepperoni because of my religion. They told me I was welcome to pick it up but why would I do that when I paid an insane amount for delivery?Never again.
The place is great the xlarge pizza was great I really like the texture and flavour of the pizza... Ordered half pepperoni half Sausage.... The cashier .. would let us know the timing of the pizza and cheese bread being ready. Over all the menu is a great choice . The parking and location where at the corner and also delivery is available.
