I love this place, they have good froyo. But why is it always a mess in there? The chairs are always dirty. The snack bar is also a mess every time I go. What gets me is that it’s not busy everytime I go - and the employees are just standing there talking. Please do better. I love this place but seeing the state of cleanliness makes it hard to sit there and enjoy the froyo.

Very overpriced. Ok selection. Needed to be cleaned up better. Crumbs all over areas where dispensary is and toppings and tables..
Worst experience went there and it was filled up like a kindergartner school they got these 5 year olds going crazy filling up there cups making a mess and when it was our turn to fill up our cups the ice cream are empty never coming here again got so mad left empty handed

Before we came and we could eat ice cream during the day or during the afternoon, the chairs have to be stored and I can't not eat here, it's only take away and that's not good I don't like it anymore I don't recommend people for me rating is low yes There is someone responsible for why they want this place to be different, they have to take into account that this place is for coming and eating ice cream sitting down, not for taking away.

Ahhhhhh. It was supposed to be a good time. My Son has been asking for frozen yogurt for a while but there are no places within 70 miles. We had an errand to run in Victorville so I figured I would surprise my Son.We walk in 08/02/2023 at 8:00pm and it is packed and 60% of the clientele look a bit shady but I can look past that. Second, the floor is filthy as are a good amount of the tables, once again I can look past that. My Wife figures there must be a sale going on and asks a worker (receipt says Eredany she also rang us up) if there was a sale. The worker stated yes, medium cups no limit are $6.00 each. Great we put down our big cups and get the medium cups. By the time we get to her at the register she asks of we are members. I state we have never been here. She said well you can put your email in the tablet and you will get notifications and be a member. I thought to myself OK great! She rings us up, 3 cups = $32.16. She then tells us we cant become members and get the discount; we need to be members for a while. She can tell I am feeling a bit hustled after what she told us before but I remain nice and respectful. She then states she can do nothing (Riiiiiight). I made a decision to leave a bad review and never go back to a Sweet Frog ever again.
