Very bad attitude the white lady with the blonde hair chubby looking said she was the manager 12/14/2025 at 3:39 pm taking orders from the drive thru window don’t know how to talk to customers, I asked her a question she replied and tells me like I said once again that is not a way to talk. She sounded like she didn’t want to be at work taking deep breath and yelling asking was I done was terrible need to change her attitude.i was ordering food for someone else this why I don’t bother eating out

Waited 10min just to order, no one in line, just me. Took forever to receive my order. Then the order was wrong..Then the young man touched the tip of my cup, where you drink from with his bare hands. No customer service, dirty environment. Never going back here

I used the rest room here and noticed after I finished there was no toilet paper. I texted my husband to get me some toilet paper. He let an employee know and she wanted to put it in herself but he let her know that I was in there currently. He asked if be could just hand it to me because my pants were down. She said no that she has to go in and put it in herself. What was I suppose to do let her in while my pants and underwear were down?!?! or just sit there waiting for nothing?! Weird employees!!!

this is unfortunately the second time this has happened. i’ve always ordered a blackbean crunch wrap with no sour cream, sub for creamy jalapeño. And it’s been perfect except for these last two times. Both times I’ve received seemingly barely any black beans, any creamy jalapeño and included sour cream despite asking for none.

On 7/28 approximately 10:14. Drive thru girl has a bad attitude and was rude. I asked for more hot sauce and she rudely said next time I need to specify how many because she can’t give me extra. Since I was placing the order I was able to hear the attitude.. bad service, I’ll drive to the next nearest Taco Bell from now on.
