“The dining area at this Taco Bell is closing early, and they no longer allow customers to dine in. Very inconvenient if you’re looking to sit and eat. They should update their hours to reflect this change.”

Food is good when you pay to have extra cheese put on or extra sauce. Unfortunately if you don't there won't be much cheese in the quesadilla or sauce. Quality of food used to be much better

OMG this location is horrible! We needed to stop for a bathroom break for a vacation, and this lady that was working was so unhelpful. We asked for the code to the restroom, and the lady was not helping us. She said that the restroom on the left wasn’t working. Since the bathrooms are in a corner, it was hard to tell which one it was. When I asked to the actual CODE for the bathroom, she said the exact thing again, with NO CODE SAID!!! We actually had to wait for someone to get out to give us the code. The bathroom didn’t even have any soap OR a place to hang your purse.

Taco bell is ok but everyone i know including myself always gets stomach pains shortly after eating but I like to change it up every now and then which is why I went here. But sadly they are advertising there new chkn nuggets but when I got there they had none and that was the main reason for my visit. I feel they shouldn't advertise it if they don't have it....

A long time ago a gave this location a good review since then the service has gone completely downhill tonight I came in and did an order through the kiosk and it was supposed to give me a receipt which it didn’t when I politely asked I was rudely barked at by a heavy set female employee with glasses which is the only way I could describe her because she was not wearing a name tag i’ll be with you, sir since I was wearing a baseball cap and a face mask she couldn’t differentiate if I was male or female anyway which kind of irritated me and insulted me. I’ve just put my hands up and surrender it and just backed off and it pissed me off so I just did not reply and didn’t want to be helped any further. I just wanted my food to get out of there did a young man brought my food and said sir here’s your food and call me by my female name and gave me my drinks and then gave me two cupholders and just threw them at me. This location has the rudest set of employees I’ve ever seen so this location I will never come back to Taco Bell should really teach their employees some better Customer Service

Went today 10/5/24 at about 2:00pm. No one was in the drive thru and I mean no one when I arrived. I got the $7 Luxe Box. I got steak instead of the chicken it comes with in the Chalupa. The shell was old. Very tough, lukewarm and took some serious chewing to break it down. All of the years I have ate Taco Bell Chalupas, never had a shell quite like that. Wasn’t much meat. After a $1.00 up charge. Skimpy. The Doritos taco shell was stale. When I took the taco out of the paper packaging, a big piece of the shell was missing. The missing piece was nowhere to be found. The Cinnabon iced coffee I asked for with a $0.30 up charge had bad coffee. Even with the addition of extra cream, that bitterness came through. The beefy burrito was smaller than normal as well (skimpy) but tasted good. The chips and cheese was cool. They did not give me my receipt so I can scan my points in the app or ask for check in to get my points either. Not much of a big deal but my box the food was suppose to come in was a bag. Maybe they ran out right? Maybe. But anytime I drive past the location, customers are scarce. I see why. All in all, poor visit. I was going to go back and return the food for my money back but decided to just take it as a $9.03 loss and never return. Owners of these franchises need to either stop hiring youngsters who don’t care about playing with customers food/taking pride in their work or send UCs they know personally in to their restaurants to see about how things are transpiring when good management isn’t on site. It’s ridiculous to say the least that paying customers have to deal with bad customer service and food handlers. Without customers you will have no business Taco Bell.
