The workers at this location have missed items in our order twice in a row now. We use the mobile app to place orders so that there is no miscommunication. Apparently, the employees cannot read a full order. Really frustrating to pay for items and not receive them.

If you want your order handed to the wrong customer this is the taco bell to go to. Not to mention it took them 20 minutes to even recognize their mistake. The manager just coming on shift is the only staff member to even offer an apology nothing to make it right besides remaking our food. Starting to question if the staff being paid $20/hr are even earning their $20/hr. Service is normally good at this location, but apparently today was incompetent staff day for them. Are cashier crystal disappeared after she took our order. Staff needs to quit clearing orders before they are handed to the customer as well, since their excuse was our order had been cleared from their screen already. I'll be sure to let my friends know to check for their orders if they don't recieve it within 10 minutes of ordering. It should not take 20 minutes to make a luxe box and an order of nacho fries.

I just placed an order in the drive-thru for two chalupa meals, and unfortunately, all four chalupas were excessively hard, indicating that they may have been left out for an extended period. I am concerned about the freshness of the food items I receive and would like to understand if there is an additional cost associated with ensuring that the food is freshly prepared.

Besides them being out of Baja Blast when I went last time, they're usually pretty spot on. This is possibly my favorite location up here. I suggest getting the Luxe Craving's box if you're on a budget. 5 stars just because I feel like it lol
We ordered for 4 people and they just handed us trays with food without differentiating which meal was which, if your gonna make 20 an hour at a fast food place you should work for that raise a little harder and not be lazy

if i could give 0 stars id definitely do so i came down to this location one fine evening to buy my family dinner i ordered 5 bean and cheese burritos 4 regular tacos and a couple other items for 52$ they forgot 2 burritos the tacos where literally glued to the paper they all broke down the bottom for that price the least they can do is make sure i get everything i paid for do not recommend coming to this location not to mention the person taking my order had a major attitude
