Usually come here and food is okay. Today I got my order made completely wrong. I got the nacho fries and instead got unseasoned fries. I asked for light sour cream and instead got no sour cream in my food.

Honestly ! I waited over 8min to place my order. No response from any of the employees. I notice there were also people in front of me who Knowles for how long they waited. They also left . Goodluck to this franchise. Would not recommend!

10/20 @ 10:34pm my husband and I was ordering food through the drive-thru and the managers (we know this because they were giving instructions to other employees and not muting their mic) started mocking my husband and I through the intercom. I would greatly appreciate to speak with your General Manager in regards to the unprofessionalism displayed by your night time management & staff.

Dear Taco Bell, while we are bringing back Y2K classics, let's also bring back getting orders right. I ordered 2 seven layer burritos with no beans add extra rice...I get home, take a bite and realized you guys also removed the meat! It still tasted okay, but the meat would have made it better.

The service here sucks. Zeke was rude when taking my order. The food is of poor quality. My nacho cheese is never filled, its always below the half way mark. The tacos are always soggy sticking to the paper. Even San Bernardino has better overall quality.
