Came here to eat a torta de pastor and honestly it was pretty good taste better than tacos gavilán. The manger andre’s is pretty humble dude treats all his customers with kindness and respect!
Experience was amazing, the general manager Andres attended us quick and was very friendly and the food was even better ? definitely going back again ?

The drive through was extremely slow, they never asked what type of meat I wanted in my burrito and just gave me a meat of their choice. The burrito was so hot from chili it was not enjoyable. Nevermind that they did not ask if I wanted any chili. Also for what we paid the burrito was small and extremely greasy. I will not be going there again.

It's always crowded weekend nights, but service, food and wait time we're great! The asada quesadilla is my favorite!
Food is pretty good. I ordered carnitas tacos and carne asada nachos. The tacos were good. Seasoned well, tortillas were perfectly oiled and warmed up. The nachos,, ehhh, Not their best. it's cheese sauce, which is ok but the guacamole sauce wasn't great. Overall it was just a saucy mess.. Just wasn't for me but wasn't horrible.

If I could give zero stars, I would I haven’t had just one problem going through the drive-through here. I’ve had several one time they couldn’t understand my order and I asked to drive to the window and they said no you can’t order at the window.
I asked for For a Brita with beans, rice cheese, and sour cream and apparently they couldn’t comprehend that I did not say onions. I called in to discuss this and get a new burrito and I was met with a very irritated employee that just argued with me.

Drove through drive thru right now ordered 4 burritos and 2 cheese quesadillas when I got home first noticed the quesadillas were Barria tacos. No problem my kids enjoyed it. I also enjoyed every bit of my carne asada burrito However when my dad got to the end of his chicken burrito he pulled 2 strands of long black hair out of his burrito I called to inform store not for a refund but that hair needed to be put up or covered because it’s being transferred in customers food. The girl that answered the phone took offense insinuated no long hair was in our food cause women don’t work in kitchen asked him how much of the burrito he ate and to bring in what was left before she can issue a refund lol at no time did she address the HAIR or how she was going to insure people aren’t eating someone’s hair! and on top of her rude attitude refused to give her name when I requested to talk ti a manager told me she will talk to the manager about it in the morning. Impeccable customer service.

Unfriendly customer service, they take a long time to give an order, they don't give the meat how the customer wants it, they are not attentive to the customer. I personally think that employees should learn how to treat customers, be kind and attentive, the customer is going to buy what they want to eat and want to feel comfortable at home, but if there is criticism and they are making fun of the customer because of their food They didn't give it to him the way he wanted, I think it's disrespectful. Leave and pay attention to all the Mexican taco restaurants, especially the one in Víctor ville ca.
