Stopped in since I was taking a drug test next door, I’ve been in this area 4 times and figured now I’d finally stop by and check it out. And I’m glad I did, I bought the Vitelli’s Pastrami Hot Sandwich and it was delicious. The Pastrami was not too salty just the right amount, it was not overcooked or too chewy, and for it being a “half” size you get a decent amount of sandwich.

The sandwiches are good but they are also pricey. The other food like the cheesecake is just whatever but I would recommend the meatball sub.UPDATE!!! This place has gone down hill, I’m guessing covid ruined it just like a lot of other places. The sandwiches are not that great anymore. The bread use to be very good but now it’s like something bought at a grocery store. The sides also use to be good and now they smell like the refrigerator that they are stored in.

I went to this place today and it was easily one of the worst experiences ever!! We ordered 5 sandwiches and they were so disgusting we threw all of the sandwiches away. The customer service was rude, disrespectful and terrible at best. The sodas we ordered were made 30 minutes before we received our food and became very watered down. When we asked them to be remade we were met with rudeness and the sodas didn’t even have any syrup when they were finally remade. I paid well over $100 for this order and there is nothing good about it. The sandwiches are clearly microwaved and the food is not fresh. Just take a look at the pictures and you’ll see exactly what I mean!! This place is a hard no!!

I came here for lunch finally. The service was great very kind people working. Couldn't have asked for better service. I got me the meatball sub. It was nice and hot and saucy and cheesy. Tasted great. They put plenty of meat in the sandwich couldn't complain about that. Just the only issue I had was I damn near broke a tooth eating it because there was bone fragments in a few meatballs. Yeah other than that it was great. I would definitely go back. But I'd be careful with the meatball sub.

WHAAAAATT???I went full pastrami, but of course I had to 'doctor it up, Panch style' !!Went with the ghost pepper cheese and jalapenos with some mayo. ?????INFERNO STYLEAshley/Natalie did the honors of putting this together... slap shot top corner ??Get to Vitelli's Deli and trust me you'll be more then filled & happy!!Great job ladies!*side note, it was so good I couldn't even wait to take pic ?

Where is my bacon?I came in because a coworker recommended the sandwich shop. I ignored the rundown atmosphere which is fine. I’m OK with dive spots. There is a bag of trash sitting right by the front door, which is always awesome to see. I tried to order the jive turkey sandwich with bacon, pretty simple right. Apparently not. I Specifically ask if they can add bacon to it and the guy says yes as he charges me for it. But they never put it on the sandwich. That’s one thing that really bugs me and happens a lot that when you order bacon on a sandwich. Places just either don’t pay attention, don’t care, or forget.Second, when the guy asked me to make it a combo I said yeah sure can I get some potato salad, he said no we don’t have any. I said OK how about macaroni salad and he said no we don’t have any. He said they’re out of everything meaning all side dishes. They just have chips kind of like an over priced subway. The meat they use is the same kind you get at the deli counter at Albertson’s, mid grade at best. Come on guys you’re charging almost $10 for a turkey sandwich and you don’t have any side dishes at all to go with it and it’s Friday afternoon. What are you gonna do for the weekend? The roll it comes on isn’t even that good it’s probably been sitting there for a couple days. All in all very disappointed with the sandwich and the restaurant in general. I’m not going back.
