W Spoon Buffet

First time eating lunch at this place. I can honestly say this is ana amazing buffet. Food is excellent very flavorful. The place is clean and employees are attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this gem in Victorville!!!

We’ve been coming to this buffet for years. It’s never been amazing, but it’s usually reliable. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge letdown.

We were told to sit wherever we wanted, then a waiter angrily tried to move us even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The service felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Our drinks were wrong, there were no refills, and the food was cold and barely replenished.

Staff then stood nearby staring at us, clearly rushing us out while we were still eating. Given how good this place has been in the past, this experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Food: This is your standard Chinese Buffet place. They do have Coconut Shrimp and Salt and Pepper Squid that I don't see in most buffets. Their Hibachi area creates good food as well. Sushi selection is decent. Tons of seafood options.

Service: Servers roam around to fill drinks and clear used plates from tables.

Ambiance: Good for couples. Family and friends nights. Plenty of ooths and tables available.

Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. About $42 for 2 people without drinks.

We had a good time. The staff were friendly and attentive. The place is clean and not too loud. The food is what you expect at this price point. I will come back.
