We eat here occasionally and love the food. However, we can tell that the staff would prefer us to use those annoying kiosks vs taking the order themselves. They take their time to acknowledge us, even after making eye contact, which is really frustrating...
Using the kiosks takes twice as long, and we would rather have that personal experience with the person taking our order.

It was a wonderful experience! When we arrived, they greeted us and answered our questions. Dining in was an excellent experience. Thank you, Marta, for going above and beyond to ensure our happiness. Finally, the dine-in area was spotlessly clean.

Terrible this place...service sicks and the waba guarantee really does not happen here. The meal.was crap. The amount of chicken they put on the bowl really....last time I come here ..dont recomme d to anyone...

I'm new at eating at the waba grill, an there's a young lady by the name Emily an Elaine, they are so detailed by the way they explain the health benefits, to thier menu, I am confident with eating here, I'm actually a member of this place, I can't stop coming, thanks for your service ladies, I'm eating healthy food, good job!

Absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order on their website for delivery (which was delivered by DoorDash). The food gets here and I’m missing two items. My total was $56, so I found it really unfair that I was missing these two items after spending so much. So, I proceed to call the store and the girl that answered spoke horrible English. She said “yeah I know they forgot your two items”, so I say yes what can I do about this. Again, she is clueless and does not know what to say. She then passed me to another male worker who then proceeds to say they can refund me, but the manager just walked out the door. I was very upset because 1. I ordered for delivery because my father is sick at home and delivery was way more convenient for me and 2. They were no help at all. So I hung up and drove to the location with all of the food I did receive. A guy named Bradley helped me but had no idea how to print a receipt of my order. Someone else then helped him. They were not apologetic at all and proceeded to tell me that they will give the message to the manager “Martha”. I made sure to ask him various times that he for sure would tell her about the situation and that I would not have to return to the location for a refund. He assured me he would tell Martha to refund me.
I call this morning because I’m still not seeing a refund on my card and Martha tells me no one told her about the situation. So I have to explain to her everything again and she then tells me she has to speak to the owner about this issue and that she would call me back. That was this morning and it’s 3 pm now and I have not heard back. So now I’m calling this location and they do not pick up their phones.
This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. Again, I have my father sick at home so going to the location and dealing with these people is so inconvenient for me and let me just add that their staff is so undertrained, and not professional at all. Very upset with this location. I still do not have my refund and they do not seem to care one bit.

I eat Waba all the time. The first time I ever went to this location and felt the need to leave a review because I waited hella long and leave and see I’m shorted hella compared to the other spots I’ve been too. It was 3 girls one was on the dam phone cookin on the grill. Just very annoyed I eat waba a lot and sadly this gonna be the one close to my new job. I will gladly make the drive to the Waba on Main Street closest to the 215 they are Awesome every time.
