I came into the store the other day and ordered dumplings and a waba bowl and it was so good, Samantha and Adriana worked on my order very quickly and gave great customer service. Samantha made sure I had enough utensils and offered green onions and jalepenos just in case I wanted some.

I just order a meal for my wife and I at the I was greeted as soon as I walked in the establishment. The employees were super attentive and happy. When my order was ready Samantha brought me my order and was very helpful. Samantha made sure my order was correct and made sure I had enough condiments and napkins. I recently stopped by Waba Grill, and honestly, the highlight of my visit was the worker who helped me, Patricia. She was super friendly, patient, and made me feel welcome right away, which you don’t always get at quick spots like this. I ended up getting the chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies, and it was fresh, filling, and not heavy at all. The teriyaki sauce tied it all together, and I’d definitely recommend either the chicken or salmon bowls if you’re trying Waba for the first time. The food was solid, but Patricia’s kindness really stood out and made the whole experience even better.
