I come in here most days of the week and the crew all now me. They know my order and greet me with a smile every time. The food is always fresh and the store is always clean.
I ask to talk to the manager of the store in I did not able to talk to her because she send a picture to this young lady that does not help customer service she told her manager by phone that I am upset because she did not give me what I want I am not mad but I am not happy of this I ask her nicely that I want my Thai Tea with out ice but she told me it fine but I am not able to give you full cup of Thai Tea in I ask her why in she say is because is the policy I went to any Waba Restaurant in I never had any issue about my drink with out ice in full up my cup how I want it very bad service in bad manager did not able to talk to her in help me how I want my cup service!!! today 01-28-2026 around 12:37pm

Had a refreshing experience today. It's the day after Thanksgiving and Im sure a lot of workers would rather have the day off. But the customer service at this Waba was excellent. Michelle and Adriana seemed genuinely ready to please and the food was yummy as always. I definitely enjoy Waba over flame broiler. Thanks ladies for making my black Friday a little less crazy!

I came into the store the other day and ordered dumplings and a waba bowl and it was so good, Samantha and Adriana worked on my order very quickly and gave great customer service. Samantha made sure I had enough utensils and offered green onions and jalepenos just in case I wanted some.

I just order a meal for my wife and I at the I was greeted as soon as I walked in the establishment. The employees were super attentive and happy. When my order was ready Samantha brought me my order and was very helpful. Samantha made sure my order was correct and made sure I had enough condiments and napkins.
