I came to this location last night went through the drive-thru and tried to order my food they switch the speaker twice didn’t get my order right and when I was tryna order the biggie bag for my kids they kept saying no I can’t get that sandwich with it I asked which once can I get and said can you please make it a biggie and tells me again I can’t do it . Me being confused cause I ask why not if I told you can I have a burger that goes with the biggie bag .They had a attitude I said please and thank you when I asked what was the miscommunication at the front window the manager had a attitude his name is Dylan brushed me off and forgot my drink and never gave me a receipt ! I usually go to the one on main st love they attitude but this site they all acted like they was impatient and didn’t wanna deal with anybody.

Ordered 2 burgers jr cheeseburgers, dry, little to no sauce on either, no lettuce,went thru drive thru,had to return immediately,guy at the window chooses to argue with me about a piece of LETTUCE which was not on the burger, WTH kind of customer service is THAT,..then hands me a plastic container to put it on myself instead of remaking the poorly made food that was COLD..this is why nobody goes to this overpriced trash!!..

The service was pretty good but the food was dry and stale. It needs to be cleaned up and to make sure that the burgers are hot and moist and the buns fresh and soft. Would not visit this location again.

Pro tip if you get ice coffee tell them the size you want they won’t ask and just assume you want small my kid got French toast sticks they forgot to put in the syrup they need to do better

On another occasion they forgot to put in my burger so always check your order check your bags before you leave from this location
