Went to this location tonight, placed mobile order and in person 2nd order. got home our food that was suppose to come with cheese and tomatoes had a small pinch of shredded cheddar cheese and no tomatoes. ON ALL 5 OF OUR SANDWICHES AND BURGERS. Apparently they ran out and thought it was cool to just keep selling food without.
Last week ordered at chicken BLT sandwich and got no B or L just pathetic.
I will be going to a different location from now on.

Today, Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 3:20 pm, I went and ordered a hamburger and the girl who was in front refused to give me napkins and ketchup. I asked her why and she didn't give me any reason. I felt discrimination for being Hispanic. She looked at me with contempt and was very rude, Mr. manager please pay attention that girl should not be in frontThanks

Went to Wendy’s last night for some warm delicious food instead got cold fries and no nuggets to say I was highly dissatisfied being I drive 40 minutes from Helendale to enjoy their food. Also we never got the receipt we paid 29.55 for drinks and cold fries uuuuggghhh. I don’t remember their service being this

It's nice to have Wendy's close to home, I can run in and grab myself something nice and warm and tasty, and head home. Really convenient.
Ordered a Spicy Chicken, 10 piece Chicken nugget, and Apple Pecan Salad.The nuggets were cold, which I could deal with. It was 6:30- I get it- the fries and nuggets were hot held. But my spicy chicken came with NO lettuce and the Apple Pecan Salad was missing the Pecans. The chicken on my sandwich was VERY stale. Which is unusual and makes me think it might have been sitting too long.And I was given no receipt.There have been minor issues on my last few trips and I think I'm just done ordering at Wendy's unfortunately.

Trash, hands down worst Wendy’s I’ve ever taken my family to. Staff was very rude. Not welcoming. And when called out on it, they blamed the customer. Manager looked like Thurman from bad Santa.

Night manager refused to put my order in a plastic bag. I'm a delivery driver and we have orders in our cars. The food is usually greasy and we don't like it seeping into our seats or carpet. This manager was very rude about it, I was told that delivery drivers are being treated bad lately and now I'm starting to believe it. Sorry for the workers that have to work under her. She is not manager material.
