I came here ordered some food told the lady at the speaker I have a coupon told me to redeem at the window... Whole time taking my order she was laughing .. Had someone else come to the window because she didn't know what she was doing.. Other lady started to proceed to give me an attitude.. was trying to REDEEM a FREE 10 piece NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!

You know, the food and everything is great, but I'm honestly tired of ordering off of your suggested delivery thing for the online. Because every time I've gotten maybe half of my order and I'm not able to message or talk to anybody about getting my money back or at least getting the order.

Idk who gave that manager her job but they need to be fired and so does she super LAZY manager didn’t want to simply give me my carry out order and i had crying babies in the car which made me have to leave them because she didn’t have a little empathy. BOOOOOO WENDYS!!!
Thursday (Nov 7, 2024).9pm. Went on the drive thru and the staff was super rude. They said they put BBQ sauce in my bag but they didn't and when I asked for extra sauce they got upset but gave me some. Got home and little to my surprise they didn't put BBQ in my bag so I was glad I asked for extra.

Fast food quality, fast food service. I don't expect great things from fast food, but I expect better quality and service than what I got. Food was tossed together, and when I ordered, the server seemed bothered. The car in front of us in the drive-thru the worker talked up a storm got to us, and she practically threw the food in the window. They were missing items from the meal I ordered on the menu and didn't tell me until I asked.
