I am very disappointed with the service. Even though I went through the drive thru, the employers were rude and pretty much threw my food at me. Especially now that they are getting paid better, there is no need to have a bad attitude with customers.Especially dealing with the public. I know it was a little busy. The way you treat people is a bid deal. It is worse now since food costs have gone up. Why would I give Wendy my business and be treated so poorly. Sadly, this is not the only Wendy that their employees treat rudly.

I've been to this location and I must say the night supervisor is a complete rude lady! She seems miserable and when asking for chili sauce or any sauces she gets angry and passes one. Mind you we had a huge order each time. Also her customer service skills is poor and her staff seem on edge around her. I think corporate needs to come in which I will be calling because besides the poor etiquette with the customers you can tell the younger workers are stressed out. They will have a bunch of stress wc cases if they keep her around. Do better Wendy's when hiring on supervisors.

The food is good, but the employees ration sauces like it’s coming out of their paycheck ? I don’t understand how I asked for A couple extra ranches, and they still gave me one for a 10 piece. stingy for no reason. you literally won’t lose your job for giving someone 2 ranches, by the way.

I ordered a baconnator and Dave's burger and 4 piece nuggets and my son nuggets where completely raw and the fries where old I don't understand usually they food is so fresh and good but this time I don't know what happened won't be ordering from this Wendy's again

I ordered my food on Uber eats. I didn't see an option to ask for a few more barbecue sauces, so I messaged my driver and politely asked of he could grab them for me. They told him no. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order online from the Adelanto Wendy's the people who work behind the counter find some way to be rude. Forget something. It's very frustrating. I am going to follow up by calling corporate, and checking to see if anyone on my social media platforms have had the same issues. I have had quite enough of them refusing to accommodate a paying customer by any means.

Drove all the way from Phelan, CA for the Peppermint Frostees, and they were incredibly good. The stsff was very friendly and had my order prepared quickly. The dining area and bathrooms were spotless. This location is one of the best Wendy's I have been to and I visit this location a couple times a month.
