The woman who served me and my mother was very friendly. The woman started to speak Spanish to her, since my mother struggles speaking English. I was so happy to see my mom happy.

I, really hope the little cinnamon bites
They never have everything or are too lazy to make certain things, yet, they advertise all items, are available. Not true.
I ordered as normal, the wait for the pretzel to be made was 10 minutes. So went to a store real quick while we waited to be done. Got back and showed my ticket and the male cashier was super rude and his actions made it seem homophophic towards me and my partner. Get out of the line and see that they forgot an item, so I go back and the stares from him were very rude.

Beentgere twice both times I got rock hard pretzels taste like they've been under the heat lamps all morning can't get anything fresh there awful
Bruh this place smacks it’s good af cinnamon bites be delicious and the customer service be splendid this one girl Alondra Munguía one of the best employees out here over all satisfactory level 100%
The lady gave me the wrong food
The pretzel I got first was not fresh and it was hard I went back to get another to exchange it for a “fresher” one but it was as hard as the other one. Not pleasant to eat.
I absolutely love Wetzel's Pretzels! I could eat myself into oblivion with those! They serve you quick and the young lady who waited on me was very friendly. I also enjoy the strawberry/lemonade slushy drink.
