I placed a to go order, and I picked it up through the drive thru. Their ice cream machine wasn’t working so she asked if I wanted a shake instead, I told her no, and then I asked if I could just have a Refund for the ice cream and she said I couldn’t do it there and I had to call. So I called and they said they never did that before and they have to talk to their manager, they asked me for a call back number, and no one ever called me back. So they took my money and didn’t offer anything else for it or give me my money back. And the lady at the window had the nerve to say “I bet they want money for their whole order”…. No, just simply wanted my money back for the ice cream, and it wasn’t a DoorDash order, I placed it myself, picked it up myself, and got nothing out of it. Now when I’m trying to call it’s going to voicemail. I won’t be going back here.

I was the only customer and the totally messed up my order.
Ordered 2 banana splits, they had nothing on the them, no nuts nothing. Very upsetting, especially for what I was charged. Wont be going there anymore.
