Customer Service has really gone down. It use to be that you would come in and they would at least acknowledge you if they were busy and tell you, they'd be right with you. Been here 8 minutes still waiting to be acknowledged 👎🏼

So 1 yr ago we dined in and I ordered a chilled cheese burger. I got the burger with no patty. The owners daughter happened to be there and made my burger right. She offered us to not pay, we declined and paid for our meals. Today we thought let's try again. This time a to go order. Got home with a Chilli cheese burger with no patty. AGAIN! Now my husband has to drive back after taking pics of the patty less burger so the can fix it. Never going to this place again.

To the Manager in charge, (I forgot to ask her name), but she wears glasses & has her hair in a bun... Anyways, very awesome girl! She was funny & very chill! So was the cashier & the rest of the staff! Not many places with a chill staff like tonight's, thank you for the awesome service guys! Definitely coming back :)

After visiting Ark Animal Hospital, I decided to satisfy my craving for a hotdog. As usual, l I had a mental debate between buying a Junkyard dog or a Chicago dog. The Chicago dog won. By using the app we got a free root beer during National Root Beer Day. We topped the meal with a peach cobbler freeze and a strawberry cobbler freeze. Oh yeah! All Wienerschnitzel's employees are the best!
