Had to basically fight the front desk lady’s to get my food that was already paid for. Paid online.Showed them my order email and ID, but they wanted to see my transaction on my apple cash? Which doesn’t even show..

Service horrible.Food order is always incorrect even when my receipt shows I order correctly.They don’t want to make it right instead leave you on hold hoping you hang up. This time they answered and either put the phone down or kept passing me around to different workers. keeped it short. Only solution was to drive back. I love over five miles away. Abigail and I believe Joelle were the names.Update: 8:02pm Brian one of the managers called back and made it right. Explained the whole experience. He was understanding and apologetic. Thank you Brian.Update 3/6/24Never got a refund as promised. Poor customer service

The truth is, it was a terrible service. I was driving from work and they gave me the wrong order and the person who served me was very arrogant. I don't recommend it. He took my order to my house and I had a bad experience. ?
Places an order on line because I thought they would be busy. Got there after 30 minutes, was told the wait on line would be 38 minutes. Have been here for an hour. No offer for a coupon for next order. I would leave but I already oaided. Never again. No wings are that good.

This place is nasty ? I went to get my order the manager wanted a ID my daughter was not with me because she has Covid . Went back I asked them to remake my fries the manager said she already did . I said fine I will open the bag and check . Nope cold fries after me touching the fries they took my fries that I touched and put them into someone’s order and put the tape on the bag and set it on the shelf for someone to pick up . The whole time the manger was delirious of what the employees were doing as she was sitting in the dining room doing paperwork. This place is disgusting !!!! I will contact the health department about this .
