I’ve always been a regular customer, how embarrass, when I have family out here from another state, I ordered 20 Parmesan and 20 bbq, every one of it, were over cooked. Couldn’t even bite or chew on it! It was so bad, gave it to my Sherman Shepard. Never again will order this shit!

The food is always fresh and good but depending on the shift and day the customer service is trash!!! Most wing stops I go to they acknowledge me when I walk through the door. These people didn’t say anything or ask if I was here to place or pick up an order. They just bypassed me and I stood around for at least 5-7 mins then I finally asked them if I can pick up my order. I feel like that was very unprofessional and creates a weird atmosphere for customers. I live their food but hate their service.
