I would not recommend anyone eat at this wingstop. I ate here and I ended up getting food poisoning. I called to speak to manager about fixing this issue and they said that they would get back to me. I haven't heard back from them. I already tried discussing this problem three different time and I have not got anywhere. Their management is horrible and they do not care about their customer service.

Be prepared to bring the physical card you paid with, you ID and hell maybe even your birth certificate because here, they make it virtually impossible to pick up an online order despite having their email confirmation as well as their online payment page confirmation ??♂️. Speaking of virtual, I paid using a virtual card and they say they will only accept proof from a physical card when the physical literally doesn't exist. They need to tell people these things because I literally almost lost $40 in food because of these people. Horrible policy. Food is what u expect from a Wingstop. If you buy here, just don't expect to be able to leave with your food easily ?

When we placed our orders they told us it would be 15-20 min wait. I got my order in 20 min, and my friend ordered it right after me so she should’ve gotten her order a few min after mine. They were giving order to people that placed order after her. And hers took 20 minutes more!!! They kept saying we are waiting for the fries. But 20 min for fries? By the time she got her order the wings were cold and the fries were oily and hot!Edith told us to give them a review, and here it is. Worst experience in Wingstop so far! 40 min for 1 meal!!

I would never recommend this Wingstop ever again for anyone who does try to order from here they will put their trash in your bag of food plus their work gloves that they used to prepare the chicken. Honestly, this left me such a gross taste in a gross appetite like this is so honestly ridiculous. I hope the people that work there are a shame of themselves that they do this and hopefully in the future people who do get food from here please check your food and check your bag because if they do this to me, they’re willing to do this to other people and I took a bite out of my lemon pepper chicken and it was over season and I took a bite out of my fries and they were undercooked so everything was just wrong I would not recommend to order from this place the people that work there for night shift is unprofessional and untrained and obviously they do not like their job. This is just such a disgusting thing for a human being to do just make sure you guys watch out for Wingstop. I will never order food from there again so disgusting it’s just really disgusting. It just shows what type of employees they have working for that company and what type of people they hired people and that is they don’t care about paying customers and their food!!!!! They over, seasoned everything and put TOO MUCH seasoning on everything such a coward thing to do
