Employees are amazing here. They greeted me and made sure my order was exactly how I liked it. Nicky the manager went above and beyond and showed me my order. She even filled my drink for me as we had a conversation about tv shows. I’ve never had someone fill my drink for me so that was absolutely amazing. I will be back most definitely because of the atmosphere and my experience. Thank you again wingstop.

I ordered a 40 pc wing with 2 fries and corn. I was beyond pleased with the employee named cheyanne (i don’t know how to spell her name lol sorry) but she was SO incredibly kind. i have worked in customer service for years, and i have seen all kinds of customer service, and in this society it’s so hard for people to be kind. And she was so so kind. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us. She asked if we would like to see our order and she stopped what she was doing and helped us out perfectly! I am so happy with her service and will be coming back definitely! Props to her! You’re doing great :)

Decided to come inside and order with a staff member. Not having the best day. Seems the member I ordered with also was not having the best day. First impression was not the best but decided to try a kinder approach and became patient. Next customer after me was horrible, walked out with her receipt stating “this is why I never come here.” Worker was not happy with the interaction as well. Not sure of her name but I know being in the food industry sucks. She was still kind even after a few minutes of me waiting & realizing she forgot to start my order. She’s doing her best and it’s ok! All is well. I totally get it

Walked out twice now 2 different occasions, sad when the employees more worriabout talking between themselves than taking orders, and the higher up there just smiling when the customer's are just waiting, never again WINGS STOP should just be a NO stop. I rather kill the chicken myself and cook in. I know I'll get my food faster.
