Very disappointed with my experience. Erica was rude, unhappy, and had a hard time following basic instructions. I just wanted my croissant heated up and I got a cold croissant instead. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

erica is one of the most rudest people i’ve ever encountered in my life. didn’t put half the order in the bag and got defensive when she realized she was wrong, then basically threw the bag at our face and said have a nice day and slammed the window shut. not the first encounter with a rude employee at this location. ALWAYS have missing food and have to double check the bag before driving off and employees have attitudes and are very very rude.

Excellent Customer Service & Super Friendly. Great 🍩 Dunkin ☕ location! Coffee ☕ options offered warm or cold are stellar & defly provide super charge just like the donuts 🍩 hav sugar power. Lots of healthier options as well. Fresh batches make fore warm and fresh donuts 🥯 often. Drive-Thru is really cool how it starts on opposite side of parking lot & wraps around entire building in Villa Park Center, CA. On fav location list for many reasons 👍 Defly go out of their way 2 make You feel welcome. Extremely clean location. With leukemia and no immune system i notice that stuff...lol. Large selection of Merchandise and assorted drinking containers. Lots of premade coffee ☕ pods & more. Wonderful large outside brick 🧱 fireplace 🔥 enclosured safely with ballistic glass. Helps make for really cool flame color tones & usually has tornado 🌪️ 🔥 look. Patio also has nice new matching set of quality woven lounge chairs, couch's, tables, & chairs. Location also has regular tables and chairs along wall. Lots of parking... Handicap ♿ Parking 🅿️ spots upfront. Enjoy

Came multiple times and no original glazed donuts but have others available. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, I can't be fooled again. Not going back to this location.
They wanted to charge me for a cup of water .50 cents free water from natural resources the manager perla said that's company policy to charge for fountain water horrible terrible no wonder theu have 3.5 stars on Google a avoid at all cost.

It was the last straw at this location and is no longer my go-to location!! … They always get my order wrong. I don’t even bother with their food aside from their hashbrowns. My iced coffee wasn’t even complicated: 3 instructions and forgot one. They remade it but it’s one too many times, one thing or the other. How is it that complex to forget?
