They wanted to charge me for a cup of water .50 cents free water from natural resources the manager perla said that's company policy to charge for fountain water horrible terrible no wonder theu have 3.5 stars on Google a avoid at all cost.

It was the last straw at this location and is no longer my go-to location!! … They always get my order wrong. I don’t even bother with their food aside from their hashbrowns. My iced coffee wasn’t even complicated: 3 instructions and forgot one. They remade it but it’s one too many times, one thing or the other. How is it that complex to forget?

The girl working didn’t acknowledge or say anything for 5 minutes and when I asked if the bathrooms was open, she said yes but to wait so by the time she came out from the back I said I would prefer to order first and then use the bathroom so it’s quicker. She then went back to the back and after a few minutes told her employee to tell the customers waiting to use the kiosk. The other employee tried to be helpful as he was working the window. The girl was super unprofessional and rude so I just used the bathroom and left.
2 of the three donuts we ordered were wrong. Ordered a breakfast meal, and when i grabbed my order, I was informed then that the meal was not available with the sandwich I ordered. Bread on the sandwich wasn't toasted. Oh, and everybody touched my order!
If you love the Gen Z worker's lack of communication, poor execution, entitled attitude, and them treating you like you're a nuisance, this is your place. Bring your hard earned money in for a rare family treat, and in return, get treated like a bum.

I should have read the reviews before coming twice here. The first time I came here I ordered an ice caramel latte and it was absolutely nasty. The second time I came today to give them a second chance and the food is disgusting (tastes like expired sandwiches) and the coffee is still nasty watered down completely. I don’t even know how they are still open they should put a different coffee shop there at this point. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. And the workers seem to hate their job there which I don’t blame them. Whoever the owner is just needs to let this go already and sell the property.

Today we visited this location. Place an order on kiosk and wait, wait and more waiting. We ordered 2 Breakfast Bagels, and waited we did. 3 employees working, no one in the drive thru and people waiting that were here 20 minutes before us. If this is a franchisee store, he/she needs to find new people fast. 40 minutes go by and I ask for a refund and get attitude from the so called manager… Rude, and they’re all lazy. Come on Villa Park deserves better! Plus the floor is sticky and disgusting.
