I’ll go out on a limb and say that this is the best coffee outside of the NorCal & SoCal Metro areas. Reasonably priced, served with cheer (my wife’s latte had a cat face drawn on it), and wonderfully decorated (figure out what’s going on in the Rocket Cat tapestry). They were serving Ethiopian and also selling the roasted beans in 3 different roasts. Volcano is a lovely out of the way tiny town that was supposed to be inundated by a proposed reservoir (check out the plaque that was meant to mark the former location of the town). A Must See if you are in Jackson and surrounding area.

This is my favorite coffee spot. Alexia's baked goods are absolute perfection. My husband enjoys the cinnamon rolls, and the croissants are the best I have ever eaten. Of course, the coffee is excellent, too! It's also really nice to sit in the back garden and enjoy the plants and laid-back atmosphere. The vibe here is just right - unhurried, enjoy your food, enjoy your coffee, enjoy life.

Very cute and well styled coffee shop in the quaint town of Volcano. The food and pastries are delicious and the coffee is amazing. The best part is the back patio with lots of seating to enjoy your food and drinks outdoors. We hope to become regulars!
