I went tonight after dinner because I had a few minutes before my next errand and they took over 20 minutes to give me 2 drinks. They cleared the drive through twice and I had to tell someone that my drinks were ready and sitting on the counter. She handed them too me but I had to get their attention. It's been getting worse and worse

I love the Dutch bros in wasco. I drive 20 every time to get my drinks. Tonight there were different people working not the usual I see. I ordered a large H20 with pineapple, peach, mango and coconut milk. Get to the window and the boy tells the girl, it’s suppose to be a large. So instead of making it over he puts it in a large cup and adds more water to it. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve gotten it before and there’s flavor to it but not tonight. Tasted like nothing. Come on guys u get tips from me all the time and if u know u messed up remake it.

My order is always messed up when it’s busy and if they know the people in line they favor them. I have been skipped because a car brought food to a worker and that car arrived after me. I will not be going back.

Went this morning 7/5/2025 and asked for light ice even if I had to pay more i don’t care and when I tell you I saw them put not even half of a cup of liquid and filled the rest with ice was crazy! I finished my drink with four sips not even exaggerating. Never coming to THIS Dutch again
This Dutch might be smaller but it is so much more efficient and friendlier than any of the nearby Bakersfield stores. It must be the small town crew. So friendly every time.

I usually don't bother leaving a review when I don't like the drink, because we all have different likes and tastes. But I couldn't help myself this time. I had the flapjack iced coffee, and the first sip I took I gagged. It tasted like full on cigarettes were in my coffee. I have had that same drink before about a year ago at a different location. And it didn't taste like this AT ALL. I don't know if the recipe changed or what, but this was the first time I couldn't finish a Dutch bros drink, even if I didn't like it, I wouldn't waste it. However this was has gone to waste
