I was so disappointed with my coffee it tasted awful I got my daughter one also and she said it tasted horrible she actually threw hers away. The wait time was insane it shouldnât take 15 minutes plus

I went tonight after dinner because I had a few minutes before my next errand and they took over 20 minutes to give me 2 drinks. They cleared the drive through twice and I had to tell someone that my drinks were ready and sitting on the counter. She handed them too me but I had to get their attention. It's been getting worse and worse
Love the Strawberry Horchata Chai, although it seems to have gotten watered down.

I love the Dutch bros in wasco. I drive 20 every time to get my drinks. Tonight there were different people working not the usual I see. I ordered a large H20 with pineapple, peach, mango and coconut milk. Get to the window and the boy tells the girl, itâs suppose to be a large. So instead of making it over he puts it in a large cup and adds more water to it. I couldnât believe it. Iâve gotten it before and thereâs flavor to it but not tonight. Tasted like nothing. Come on guys u get tips from me all the time and if u know u messed up remake it.

My order is always messed up when itâs busy and if they know the people in line they favor them. I have been skipped because a car brought food to a worker and that car arrived after me. I will not be going back.
