First and foremost, I want to recognize the entire company for always seeming to hire the right people. Knock on wood, I have yet to have a bad experience at all of the Dutch Bros locations that I have visited and that includes various locations during a vacation along the pacific coast going through Oregon and Washington. I reside in Wasco and since this location was opened, the entire staff has always been amazing and pleasant to deal with. They get to know their customers and their memory is remarkable. Even if months pass by without seeing the same employee, they remember the little things. I should have sent this review months ago but my experience today served as a reminder to me to take the time to appreciate the wonderful staff you have in Wasco. Sometimes it’s the smallest and kindest gestures that make a difference. So to the wonderful four ladies working around 2:30 pm on 10/24/2024, thank you for your kindness! To the entire Wasco team, you are all amazing and I hope that your service never goes unnoticed.
