Both burgers were undercooked. I asked for the pastrami extra crispy and it looks like they barely threw it on the grill should’ve took the new sign on the window that says no refunds as a warning. And I say new sign because I used to go there before, and it was never there. It’s only a matter of time before they shut down.

I tried Generals Headquarters recently. The food was okay, but not the best I’ve had. I got the Western Burger—it was alright, nothing special. The onion rings were burnt, which was a letdown. The staff seems to be mostly young, and some of them had a bit of an attitude, which made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, it’s decent if you’re nearby and hungry, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

These workers don't wear gloves when touching your food..?that's nasty and they put you on hold overtime seems like..
Costumer service was straight butt at least for me and it was only my first time..and they don’t open their ears to listen to the order and don’t confirm anything…and they have the audacity to close 5 minutes early today than that time that it says they close which is 10 PM..who knows how long they was already close down before my big backed self got there. Big NO for me.
