Sometimes their fried items come out soggy, but everything else I've had from there came out delicious. I usually get the burger or crispy chicken salad, and their strawberry milkshakes were awesome as well.

We have recently started working in the Wasco area and, in times past, ate at The Generals in Shafter. I gave it a try, and my only complaints are that I ordered a Western bacon cheese burger, and it came with pickles and lettuce. I was expecting something more along the lines of Carl's Jr Western bacon and got that instead.Then, the next day, I ordered the bacon avocado burger. I was disappointed when it came with guacamole and NOT avocado, like the menu had stated.But you can't beat the price and the service is great.Parking: There's parking in the rear of the restaurant and parking along the side and in front of the establishmentKid-friendliness: The dining room is enclosed, and doors are too heavy for a child to push his way out.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and there's designated parking in front of the establishment

TERRIBLE restaurant I've made two reports to the health department for fast food and this cashier called Brianna was handling food and money with Zero gloves !!!!!! My auntie threw up and I'm afraid for my younger brother to get sick too.! I have seven years of experience in kitchen which is fast food never in my whole life seen this before

The food is good but customer service is not good, almost everyone doesn't smile & they seem like they are in a bad mood often. I'm not sure if these great customer service reviews are fake because it's always bad. We go once a week because we enjoy the food but they really need to hire more professional employees. Wish there was another good burger place to go to & I miss Carol's.

Just stopped in for my first time passing through Wasco. Ordered a pastrami burger with cheese & onions combo meal! Everything was fantastic! Large drink & large fries! Great portion of pastrami! Place was clean, and staff was super friendly! Plus the price was about 4X cheaper than Five Guys! I will be back!
