I would have loved to give a rating on the food only if this location would allow me to pay for my order. I was delighted to hear the full menu was available when I stopped to order breakfast. Cashier told me no credit cards, cash only and my cash had to be exact change if I wanted to order food. Why even be open then? Would of absolutely loved to spend my money here.

The staff gave me some greasy French fries after I told them I wanted fresh one ..I saw what they did and they still put the greasy fries it on my tray ... I took them off my tray and I told to give me fresh fries.. I then heard the male cook staff say I needed to McDonald's and get fresh fries .. and he kept talking disrespectful loud so I can hear him .. no respect for the food

I got a Dr Pepper twisted soda and a lettuce wrapped junior chicken sandwich. This is the sorriest excuse for a lettuce wrap chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life. I was told that they don’t put mayonnaise on them when they’re lettuce wrapped, so I had to ask for mayo and more lettuce. 🙄
Dude on drive-through was very disrespectful. Couldn’t take two orders. He only said he can only take one order per car. Very bad customer service

Lady taking orders in the drive thru had a hard time understanding what was being ordered. Ordered a 3 items with hot coffees. All coffees given were not even hot. It was cold. I might just have ordered iced coffee.

Was told to wait at the speaker and then finally got up to the window. I was told to drive around to the front of the store so I'm going to be honest all they care about is their drive times. I hate that everytime I come to this jack in the box it take forever to get my food I can order online still have to wait because the workers ignore you. I go to drive thru and there could be no car behind me I’m the only one and the workers always ask me to park on the side and I have to wait for my food it’s crazy idk why I keep coming back.
