I’ve ordered more than 50 biónicos in my life and the one I ordered here is by far the worst. The cream is very very watery. The cream should not be watery, it should be Thick! Waste of money.

Yesterday me and my mother went to buy chocolate Dubai covered strawberries and small one scoop of ice cream, we got charged $26 dollars and a day before my mom and my auntie only paid $15. Y'all should be keep an eye on the cashers I swear because the girl who attended me and my mom had an attitude problem and I felt she charged us more money 💰

It had been a while since I went in but today I went in and saw how they had nowhere the amount of flavors they used to have. Very empty. On top of that, they are not the “homemade” ice cream type anymore like they used to be. They’re store bought ice creams now, I saw the strawberry one was smart and final brand ice cream. The label was on the tub of ice cream and visible. I went for that original Mexican Vanilla Ice cream I would always get and got nasty store bought vanilla ice cream that I could’ve got elsewhere.

Their customer service is horrible. I’ve been there on a couple occasions, thinking my experience would be different and nope. I asked for a couple items on their menu and they said they couldn’t make it. Google, and a sign on their door, say they are opened until 8:00, but they close early. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
