They have “table service” which is indicated by their table numbers and instructions to wait at the table for them to bring it out to you, yet they always place your food in bags anyway and leave it at the counter. Terrible service. Why offer a service they’re not going to do? It seems like they just don’t want to do any customer interaction at this location. Ever since they introduced their new self-order system their customer service has plummeted even more.

My sister sent me a picture of the ice cream machine and it had mold
8/29 2:30pm Do NOT go INSIDE to ORDER it takes FOREVER They should close the inside if they're only going to focus on Drive-Thru I literally had to ask if they can remake my kids happy meals because they've been sitting there for a good 20 Minutes.. luckily I had someone genuinely help me to get me out of there already thank you he was very kind
