Teo starts because it is a Panda and I love panda but no more because it wasn’t a great or even good visit compared to other locations. I was just driving through and I was happy that they had a Panda in this town but disappointed it’s not like the ones in other areas. I was the only one in line around 11am and there were a few employees here but non seemed to really care that I was waiting in line. No sense of urgency took a long time to attend to me and there wasn’t a complete selection. The employee had a I don’t care attitude and didn’t offer or give any condiments. Walked away when I asked for a cup but I’ll never stop at this location again. Sad visit.

There were several managers were there this day. The whole team was running great.
They are usually out of mushroom chicken in teriyaki chicken when I go for dinner. Or they serve cold food. Rude employee at the drive-thru gave her the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was having a bad day but the next time I went back just does

The reheated rice was already too old and the show mai was a few minutes away from being completely cooked...the portions were getting smaller and smaller. While I was in line, an upset customer arrived to return the food. THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY A LOT!

I tried panda in Barstow yesterday and i loved it came to the one in wasco and asked for extra hot sauce which i was willing to pay for the cashier with cheap eyelashes said i couldnt get anymore no explanation was given as i am a man of reason. Like i said i was willing to pay for it and it wasnt busy so just an i cant give anymore was told to me but no explanation as to why my extra $ couldnt get more. Too bad u guys lost a reasonable customer now.
