I am very disappointed in their service and attention to customers on two occasions I placed orders by phone and the first time I ordered it at home and two hours passed and my order did not arrive and then they told me that the order was canceled without giving me a single reason the second time I ordered via phone call and when I went to pick up my order they never prepared my order they told me that whoever took the order did not tell the cook and they never prepared my order

Pizza is really good too Great when it’s piping hot. The friendliness of the staff is great. The location is a Wasco landmark. Only thing that doesn’t allow for a 5 star is the prices ?. But, food wise Best pizza in Town ?

Our Wasco High school class of 72 50th reunion getting started here tonight. So nice to enjoy delicious pizza surrounded by friendly faces not seen in many years. Thank you Pizza Factory!!
