Shoutout to the Starbucks team on 1/13 around 11:30 am for genuinely making my day!
It was my birthday, had the birthday blues and decided to drive to Wasco (I’m from Delano) and redeem my birthday reward and get my friend a drink too. I noticed when arriving that the line for the drive thru was very long so I decided to get off and go to Cafe instead. When I stepped inside, I was the only one in there and someone immediately took my order so the service was FAST. Now, I do have customized drinks and it’s pretty normal for Starbucks workers to mess them up (which is why I don’t like to go to a Delano location) but it’s how they responded that really blew me away. When I noticed the mistake in my drinks, the staff at this location went above and beyond and not only fixed my drinks in a timely manner but they even gave me a small gift card for the inconvenience! Like WOAH!! They were so fast at everything and extremely nice. The shift supervisor wished me a happy birthday at least 5 times. This is why I make the 20 minute drive to Wasco, even tho I live 5 minutes down the street from another Starbucks because the hospitality and the kindness from the staff at this location is what brings me in.

everytime i come in here its always a good morning welcome.. i love it the service is good food is good my tall caramel frap with an xtra shot on top not blended ufff my fav.. everything is good.. to the whole staff at this location thank u guys.. you guys are tge best. but a special thanks to cyn for going above and beyond for showing me that new nitro cold brew i truelly appreciate you.

Everyone is always so friendly and they know my name as soon as I pull up.
Went through drive thru at night and saw that the crew was working quick to get my order out! I love their energy and my drink is always good They always try to start conversations which I can admire, but I’m not a big talker. Love this location and the employees!

I dont understand why my order would be split and complete one item at a time and continue to serve others while making me wait. I have to go and about 20 customers got through during my order. I could have been gone a long time ago and go about my day! Not the way to complete orders people!!!! Makes zero sense!!!!!

Took 45 min on drive thru i only ordered a cold 1 COLD BREW!!! no special instructions no special ingredients just 1!! Cold brew!!! …cashier seem not to care about the times plus every car in front was like a 10 min conversation non-stop

I’ve had the worst customer service experience at this Starbucks. It seems like some of the baristas form cliques based on personal preferences and biases, bringing their issues to work and creating a toxic environment. My time both as a customer and employee here has been disappointing especially considering how often I spend money at Starbucks.
Madelyn Passons and Aleah Garcia: if you focused more on your work than on gossip, maybe the drive-thru line wouldn’t be so long. The quality of the drinks needs serious improvement additional training wouldn’t hurt.
Being Black and assertive shouldn’t be a problem, but here it clearly is. That said, thank you to corporate for the $100 compensation it was at least a small acknowledgment of the poor service.
Waste your time asking for irrelevant information while taking too long to take and satisfy orders....horrible
I love this Starbucks! They made me and my mom wonderful drinks ! Sorry to say wayyyy better than Dutch bros! . This Starbucks actually pays attention and make the drinks balanced! Plus the little messages they add on the cups and food. It makes my day ten times better ❤️
