Not handicap friendly. Owner rude when it's close to closing time. They tried to say the person was rude and cussed, but anyone who knows her is well aware that it is not in her nature unless she has been terribly wronged. The owner didn't allow her to purchase her sno cone even though she waited over 15 minutes in line to be the next one at the counter. I would have used a cuss word too and I hate profanity, it was not my sister as he indicated I contacted him online to give him the opportunity to make it right and he refused. He is not friendly to customers.

Omg I've been waiting for this place to open up for the summer. No matter what 2 choices you make for your snow cone you can't go wrong. I always get the nachos with jalapeños. They're prices aren't high. Even tho everything went up. Their prices didn't jump too high. I take my kids everyday after we get out the pool. So an update I went yesterday and the day before we ordered nachos after eating about half of the chips there was no more cheese left so the next day we ordered nachos I specifically asked them to not pack with a lot of chips if you're not going to put enough cheese for all of the chips. I guess it was the owner a guy that made them and our snow cones. He needs to stay home. Our snow cones was dry we couldn't drink them right away, we had to let them melt down. Nachos had cheese in the middle none on the sides. I asked them to put cheese on the sides and I paid a dollar more which I shouldn't of had to do and he dumped the cheese right in the middle. So now we had chips with a whole lot of cheese and are now soggy really fast.. after I left a good review just 3 weeks ago about them keeping the prices low they went up a dollar on the nachos.. I will.never buy nachos again from there again. Neither snow cones. I rather drive to Shafter and get a snow.come. officially lost a customer.

Sometimes they are fast, sometimes slow. Depends on who's working. They are never stingy with the syrup and they have sugar free which is a plus for me!
