This place has the WORST customer service of all time. They got my order wrong TWICE and when I asked for them to fix it they gave me attitude but on the screen it clearly showed my order the way it was supposed to be made. The second time I didn’t even bother to ask for them to fix it, at that point they should have just gave me a uniform so that I could make my own order

This place is terrible. Every time I’ve come here there’s always something wrong or missing with the order. This time I went and thought I’d help them by using the AI and they STILL screwed up. But i didn’t notice till I got home. I forgot to double check their work because I was distracted by my kids. I called and a girl named Liz answered claiming to be the one in charge and her service is terrible. It’s sad that when they screw up their solution is “well you can drive back and get the $3 burger we should have made sure was in the bag.” Dude I’m already far away. Why should the trip back, gas and time wasted be on me for something that should have been done already. The young girl with a colorful Afro and piercings should be re trained and manager should be fired.

Everytime I come to this Wendy’s they are fast, friendly, and never make errors! My food is always hot and fresh. Always. It’s my favorite location. Not quite sure why so many harsh reviews.
Out of all the Wendy's within miles of the area this one always had fresh food and good service. Just had to wait a bit longer instead of instantly, but I know my food will come out fresh as it always did in the past several times I've been there.

We pass through Wasco often to bypass the traffic in Bakersfield. We have seen this Wendy's being built. And now that it's open. We decided to drop in for lunch, and we weren't disappointed. Service was quick, and the food was good. We'll update this post as the years pass when we drive by on our trips. Crossing our fingers, this location stays fresh. Thanks for opening.
