Great coffee and they have food also.
Usually an okay place. All three of our orders today tasted awful, watered down and sweaty. I couldn't tell the difference between anything. My wife could tell from personal experience that it tasted exactly like re-used beans. IDK I'm usually very easy going but we literally paid for drinks you couldn't pay me to drink...

Music is too loud. Are you intentionally driving away sit-down customers? Is it for the enjoyment of the employees? Why do I have to request the volume lowered when you are already aware from a previous complaint? If the employees want music, give them a speaker in the back. My food and drink were excellent. Employees were friendly.

Definitely don't come here if your in a hurry at all. Coffees ok, but takes forever.

Waited in line over 20 minutes to get to the order kiosk. Person comes over the intercom, "I'll be with you in a second". 23 minutes later she comes back to take the order. We could not back out as we had someone behind us. Numerous people did back out that were at the end of the line. Over 55 minutes to get a drink, one employee working and she was slow. Never again. Beans Coffee Company, this is not how you run a business.
Have enjoyed a morning Chai here from time to time on my morning commute.
