Poor customer service from an employee Kristy. Was very rude and basically shoved my drinks at me.

Music is too loud. Are you intentionally driving away sit-down customers? Is it for the enjoyment of the employees? Why do I have to request the volume lowered when you are already aware from a previous complaint? If the employees want music, give them a speaker in the back. My food and drink were excellent. Employees were friendly.

Definitely don't come here if your in a hurry at all. Coffees ok, but takes forever.

Waited in line over 20 minutes to get to the order kiosk. Person comes over the intercom, "I'll be with you in a second". 23 minutes later she comes back to take the order. We could not back out as we had someone behind us. Numerous people did back out that were at the end of the line. Over 55 minutes to get a drink, one employee working and she was slow. Never again. Beans Coffee Company, this is not how you run a business.
Have enjoyed a morning Chai here from time to time on my morning commute.

Nice clean place, well decorated. The music is too loud to be background. I ordered a small dry cappuccino and an English muffin with bacon egg and cheese. The sandwich was good but they forgot the cheese. My coffee was s total loss. I should receive a cup that feels almost empty since it should be 15-20% espresso and the remainder should be foam. I received a full cup of liquid which contains so much milk the espresso is unnoticeable. It went into the trash. If I wanted a cup of hot milk I would have ordered one.
