Service was unexplainable. Not a person to complain but the manager Mariela gave directions to the employee to have us sit out in the parking lot for a long period of time for just one meal order. The van that was in front of us waited the same amount of time in the second window and not one other vehicle was in line behind nor were there any take in orders inside. Very unprofessional for such a small town McDonald's. Either it's very understaffed inside or poor management. Please do justice and correct your mistakes!!

Just went in today, 10/28 @ noon, and they literally didn’t get a single part of my order right. Every part of the order was wrong, the food was inedible because it was so greasy or cold, and the works really put off the vibe that I should have expected this. 10/10 will not return. Burger King is the only option in Waterford. Just shut this dumpster fire down.
