I opted for curbside delivery and found the associate to be pleasant. Although she wasn't able to assist me with a question, which isn't necessarily her responsibility, most McDonald's associates at other locations usually do. The food was hot and tasty, unlike many other McDonald's I've been to. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and food quality, but I wish McDonald's would stop using shredded lettuce on sandwiches as it tends to be messy.

Fish sandwich was awful, cold bun & cold cheese no tartar sauce.Service window handed me my drink slams the window & im left waiting for 5 minutes on a cold fish sandwichCold & greasy fries.

Worst location ever, manager is rude and the staff get your order wrong half the time. We will never go back again as they never take accountability for anything. Will be calling corporate to let them know the problems they have at this location and with this terrible manager.

More than 50% of the time McDonald's is out of Ice Cream! I've heard excuses like, there's only one guy that cleans the machine and he's not here today. McDonald's built its reputation 50 years ago on service, now it's "DID you order on the App?" "You have to order on the Kiosk", I couldn't believe that one! I walked out! I was once a McDonald's GM in 1996 and I wouldn't have gotten away with the service it offers today, they maybe Franchised but GM's are trained through Corporate. I am speaking in General because I go to McDonald's for 2 reasons Ice Cream and Unsweetened Ice Tea, my job requires I travel and I am always near a McDonald's. Like most folks we don't go to McDonald's for food and service, it's for the convenience of having affordable menu items, cheap drinks and public restrooms.Parking: Priority is given to guest that order on line, or waiting for food that wasn't available at the time. Regular guests have to park further away because we're not appreciated as walk-ins, even though we usually spend more because of suggesting selling and compulsive buying, seeing a cookie on a board isn't appealing as seeing a fresh one in the dessert case.
