Mountain Mike's Pizza

This place is hit n miss. Today there was a lady working 100% by herself and the pizza s were the best we have gotten there in years! Give this lady a raise!!!

The only redeemable feature is this location has an original Hydro Thunder arcade cabinet. Besides that, the pizza is mediocre. They won't even let a bus driver, who brings them their clientele, use the restroom.

Best pizza in Waterford, hands down!!! The crust was perfect, the flavor was on point, and Mountain Mike’s totally nailed it. The staff is super chill, and the cozy vibe made the whole experience even better. This is our go-to spot, a perfect place to enjoy with the family again and again!

We love meeting our kids/grandkids here for dinner. Our babies LOVE their pizza! And there is always sports on one on the TVs for the adults.

Pizza is good but never ready when you are told it will be. Service is slow and you are left on hold for lengthy periods of time even on off days. Pizza is just not worth the service.

My last terrible experience was my wife was home and ordered delivery for her and our 3 kids under 3 years old. She told the worker she would pay in cash upon delivery. My wife was never told they do not carry change. My wife tried to pay $50 bill with a $100. She was then informed of the no change policy at the time of delivery and was they could no longer run a card and that she would have to go to an atm to get change. The manager or staff at the time made no apology. And i never received a call back from a supervisor or owner. I will never order pizza from them again.

Very disappointed with our visit at the Waterford Mountain Mike’s Pizza.

Beer was hot and they only had two out of 5 working drafts on tap. 2/3rds of the sodas are working and have zero carbonation. There were no napkins on the tables. You can’t use coupons here. Plus, they charge $.50 per ranch! I ran to the market next store and bought a bottle of ranch; I should have bought a six-pack of beer and soda while I was there! What a rip off this place is. The staff isn’t even in Mountain Mike’s attire and they wear the next door coffee place’s shirts and hats.And pizza takes over an hour before it gets to the table.

The poor guy at the register can’t apologize enough and anyone can tell there is a lack of care the ownership has for this place.

I feel generous with giving them two stars only because the pizza tastes good.

I don’t normally bast a business publicly because I understand it is not easy, but this experience was downright unacceptable. I really hope they find a fix and address these issues before they close.

Food is good but there are female workers that displayed terrible customer service. I asked for napkins and she asked me to grab napkins straight off the table when there was a stack of napkins with the rest of the packs of chilies and cheese displayed. Embarrassing. I also have family members report how they asked for chilies and peppers and denied them without even checking. So annoying having to be firm and be upfront for some peppers, napkins, and cheese. Like girl?!

Way overpriced, and slow. I ordered the cheese sticks, they’re definitely pre frozen and were over cooked. nothing fresh. Seems like the owner needs to stop apologizing on these reviews and get to work. How can I get a refund

DO NOT GO HERE! I was just there with my family and we walked in and there were no other individuals there at the time we arrived. We placed our order and waited for about an hour until we became impatient and asked about our order, only to find out that our ticket for our order never made it to the back! After being told this, I asked if there was anything that could be done such as a discount or an item from the menu for free for the long wait/mix-up. Now the gentleman that was telling me this was new and I understand that he would not be able to make that decision. After the food came out, an hour and a half later, we were given our pizza, the gentleman apologized for the wait. However, no plates were provided. Apparently they did not have any plates, and then we wanted ranch and thinking that since we had to wait so long, they would have at least given us the .53 cent ranch for free and they said no. I then asked who the manager was and the blonde lady at the register claimed to be the manager and said she could not do anything for us. Again, i do not blame the new hire for the bad experience we received but rather the manager who as a “manager”should put their customers first and i’m sorry but to act that way over .53 cent ranch is just crazy to me. Never again will i go there, I will stay loyal to Pizza Plus which is also located in the same town. Just sad and frustrating that the manager was unable to help…

Love mountain mikes!! My secret for a great pizza is extra cheese. As for the combination (The Everest) I recommend adding the pepperoni on top so it gets nicely baked and a little crispy.

I hardly know how to begin with this review of my last 3 orders.!! I will no longer be doing business with Waterford’s Mountain Mikes. The quality of the food is subpar to say the least. Skimpy toppings, over cooked to the point of almost burned and accuracy of order to name a few.! Don’t even get me started on their delivery service.! When I pay for food and service I would expect any business to provide great food and service. That is not the case at this establishment. On the last three orders delivery times were horrible. 1 1/2 hrs after promised time on the first 2 orders and the last straw was last night. 45 min late and I spent almost $49.78 plus a gratuity for a 12 piece plain wings and a 12 piece sweet chile wings. I did not get any sweet chile wings (all plain) and they were barely warm. I am done with spending my hard earned money with this particular business. Buyer beware.
