We grabbed a chai and samosa at the Anjaneya cafe next to the Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple. It was great to enjoy a warm snack and beverage in the cold weather. The chai was well-spiced and samosa was crisp and freshly made (we visited the cafe soon after it opened at 11am after our temple visit). Nice place to grab a quick bite!
Located in the Mount Madonna Center, Anjaneya Café offers a relaxing spot to enjoy tea, coffee, samosas, and other snacks. Surrounded by picturesque views, it’s a great place to unwind and soak in the peaceful ambiance. Perfect for a quick bite or a warm drink in a serene setting.
Cafe has limited hours, drinks were slightly too sweet for my taste, but the Mount Madonna Center kitchen next door was amazing. These entities are related and I will leave a combined review. The salads were wonderful, with slight variations in the vinaigrette dressings. The food was mostly vegan, a few vegetarian items were clearly labeled, gluten was also labeled.
