They don't want your business. Decided to try this place today as I work right across the street. I had a 20 minute break at 10am, drove across, got there in the door at 10:02am, I checked my phone for the time because there were quite a few people standing around waiting for their order, but only two people in front of me in the line. Just about as I walk in, the first person finishes ordering, the second person orders, and now my turn, it's 10:08am at this point. I'm thinking this is fine because while there were quite a few people, the ladies making the food were pumping them out quick. So, I'm standing at the register with the cashier right there and not once does she acknowledge me in any way, doesn't look at me, nothing, instead she goes a grabs a plastic bag under the counter, grabs the tip jar (it wasn't full) pours it into the bag, then starts going through receipts right there at the register, at this point I look at my phone at it's 10:15am-I turn around and walk out. I'm not giving this place a second chance. My time is too precious and with how expensive everything is today to be throwing away money at subpar businesses. People shouldn't have to resort to ordering online to get food in a timely manner The mid-30's woman with the black hair and nose ring should be old enough to know better. Just absolutely rude, incompetent, and completely wasted my time. I use to work in food service as well when I was in my late teens-it's not that difficult.

I enjoyed my sandwich, but the bagels here are just not really bagels. They definitely do not get boiled before being baked and they don’t have the dense chewiness you’d expect from a bagel. They taste more like Kaiser rolls. That said, prices are decent, service was good, and my sandwich came out quickly even though they were quite busy.

Good bagels. Really bad customer service. They have a really bad attitude towards customers in general. And they can’t even follow basic instructions. I asked for a doble toasted bagel and they barely even toasted it. They either need be trained or hire new staff that are fluent bilingual.
