I came in and asked for help for my order with my family and I was told to wait by a lady and none of the ladies in the kitchen helped us at all not a single one of them, and the lady was being so useless I do not know her name and she gave us really bad service I was also waiting for my receipt that she WAS supposed to give me and she didn’t gave me no receipt at ALL we were waiting for our food for good 10-20 minutes ALMOST 30 MINUTES waiting there and right after our order the lady was taking other family’s order and we were straight ignored.

I really like the option to mix and match everything from drink's, side's and the main item without being charged for doing so.

Neglectful dangerous mistake. Diabetics can have sugar free/diet soda. Regular sugar soda can send a diabeticintoo a diabetic coma, cause them to be hospitalized or even kill them. It is serious. Our delivery order had 2 diet cokes in the order. One was for a diabetic that did not get any food, just the diet coke. When the order arrived, I checked both sodas to be safe. I'm glad I did because both tasted like regularCoca-Colaa. I tried messaging the delivery driver to see if he knew for sure. No response. I got out test strips and tested both sodas for sugar. They both tested positive for high levels of sugar. This meant both are 100% regular Coca-Cola. This type of mistake could be very dangerous.

Reason why it’s a 2 stars. Coffee I get it sometimes it’s to sweet or not sweet at all for the French vanilla ice coffee. The food always run out of something for a customer to change their mind . Bathroom omg… nightmare it’s like having Freddy Kruger right there saying welcome to my bathroom mawahahaha can’t say the bad word either way! Overall I feel like the staff should be more comfortable and make everyone including themselves feel welcome. The food is somewhat good just be careful doe because one time I’ve gotten something that made me go to the bathroom ? for weeks. So it’s balanced everything out.
