I was a bit confused by the experience at Trejo's. I had heard nothing but amazing things, so I was a bit disappointed with my carnitas super burrito, which was unfortunately quite lacking in flavor, with carnitas that tasted dry and underseasoned.
I'm hoping I just came at an off day, but based on my one experience here I would not return.

I still couldn’t figure out why the lady charged me 59$ for six tacos plus two lunch boxes and some avocados. No receipt and no items, I wished I understood Spanish and asked them in detail. The food is enough.

We have been coming here for many years. The carnitas are always on point and delicious. We usually get an order of carnitas and buche to make tacos at home. Recently, we decided to try their tacos and they are pretty good. There was nowhere to sit inside. Service was good. Cash only!!

There is a REASON the line goes out the door and around the building. There are the BEST carnitas in the area! People come from as far as San Jose to eat here. Downside, ever since COVID, they never went to indoor dinning. You can only take your food to go. Oh well, take your POUNDS of carnitas with home made tortillas, salsa and make a picnic out of it. In your car, at home, or at a park. Delicious CARNITAS
