Their chips and salsa are addicting. I go there just for that sometimes.

Today was my first time eating at Cilantros and I was really pleased with the whole experience. We arrived at lunch time on a Sunday, and the wait was around 15-20 minutes. We were in a rush to get somewhere after, so they offered to seat us at a table in the bar area right away, which I really appreciated. The best chips and salsa! I love that the chips come out a little warm. I had the pozole and it had the most tender pieces of pork. It was really delicious. It also came with some fresh, warm tortillas. Our server was quick and very attentive. I look forward to coming back when I'm in Watsonville.

The food here is always so delicious. I don't live in the area, but when I come anywhere close by, I definitely make a stop. The prices seemed like it went up, but so is every other store.

The waitress was rude, and there was no courtesy ? i don't recommend. Don't waste your money if they don't like job find another place to work its that easy people go out to relax and people like this kill your day ?

Enjoyed a very enjoyable dinner there while visiting for business in Watsonville. The atmosphere is very nice, Very good quality and tasty food for the price point. And our server Carmen was attentive and timely with drinks, appetizers and main course. Although she was busy she took very good care of me and my party. I'll be back

TERRIBLE service this evening from "Bartender B." My partner and I were really excited to come here bc we love and frequent Palomar in Santa Cruz. We were excited to try this location closer to our home. We came in at 7:20 pm and were greeted by a friendly and helpful host, who escorted us to the bar. We were welcomed by a young woman bartender who asked us if we were ready to order shortly after being seated. I asked for water and my partner a mojito and told her we needed a bit more time to order food. The mojito came about 15 mins later but no water. We ordered two burritos at that time. That was the last time she came to check in on us. At 8:05 pm, we considered paying for our drinks and leaving, when our food actually came. The food runner was courteous, kind and attentive. We asked for the waters that never came with the mojito, she refilled our chips and salsa, and gave us napkins. No one ever checked in on us after our food was delivered, I ordered sour cream with my meal which didn't come. I asked another employee who said he'd speak with my server and walked right past her. I ate half my burrito before walking up to the bar to ask for it. No apology or pleasantries were offered. Again she didn't check in on us after that encounter either. At the end of the meal I had to walk up to the bar to pay. When she returned with my credit card receipt, no bill was included and she took my partner's plate away while he was still eating. Absolutely Awful and completely disappointing. Will not be returning.

First off, we only had to wait about 10 minutes. That's unheard of in San Jose on a Friday night. I had the mix fajitas, margaritas, and dessert. Everything was devious. Our waiter was nice and attentive. Also, another waitress stopped and checked in on us. I would return next time in the area.Parking: The parking lot is part of a shopping center. Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: I saw families with kids there.

Hasn’t been worth the price ordering to go from here in a long time but decided to give in person a try since at least you get chips and salsa. Wasn’t worth it especially since 7-8 items have a market price now. Enchiladas are much better at any local taqueria. They don’t do anything for birthdays and they don’t tell you that until after you’ve ordered your food.

Sunday our group met for brunch. Huevos (note plural) was ONE egg and a tostada shell. Service was so bad, and they weren't busy. Cilantros used to be my go to. Oh, and that egg and tostada shell? 19.99

This is one of fave Mexican restaurants. Homemade tortillas, decent margaritas, great salsa and chips, & excellent entrees. Tonight one the best server/waiters we’ve had, Anthony, made our dining experience all the more pleasurable.
