They were kind enough to clarify this matter with me, and my experience feels like if any other place would have done so, they would not bother... on top of it all, I have had such a good experience there

Have gotten several pizzas here and they have always been good. This time it wasn't up to their standards and I brought it to the attention of Arthur and Adrian. They promptly made the entire situation right without question. I fully recommend and appreciate the hard work by these two gentlemen.
