To start off. The location of the restaurant is very lovely, the inside is super unique and I love the art on the walls. BUT the service there is quite mediocre. No one was even at the counter when we walked inside. When we ordered they had notified my boyfriend that they ran out of an itme but they couldn't refund him answer didn't provide the reason of why not, and they said they couldn't replace the item with what he wanted as a substitute because the difference...
We stopped by this burger spot in Watsonville on a trip up from Los Angeles, and honestly, it blew us away. The burgers were next-level, but the real standout was Danny. From the moment we walked in, he treated us like VIPs. Super welcoming, knew the menu inside and out, and gave us the kind of service you don’t forget. Food is great service was great but the soda machine had a few sodas that were just water and when we went to sit down most of the tables were dirty we had to clean it ourselves. Food overall was great.
