I have a two part review and can only speak to the time frame of June 2023 - January 2024 and specifically about the Seattle location. Customer/Client/Consumer Review: They lack doing the minimum for customer’s, they will allow filters to go unchanged and tell customers it’s normal (due to lack of staffing and employee turnover), they up-sale products worst than inflation, they will knowingly deliver expired products, pull a product to cut costs and make their customers order distasteful coffee without prior notice or a discount, they fail to deliver on time and have no motivation to do so because they make customers believe that they’re locked in their contract; they send non certified techs for maintenance issues and will knowingly go install broken equipment or empty C02 cartridges because they neglect their duties to maintain product and keep equipment updated. The company is flat out a joke and to know that real money is being paid out to them is wrong on so many levels… Former employee Review: The management isn’t equipped with the right tools to ensure that every employee can complete their duties, the in office supervisor is racist and anti LGBTQ. They have no organized training procedures, they have no system for disciplinary procedures or attendance (this becomes an issue because they pick and choose who they want to discipline and ultimately becomes unfair to the people who’ve done the same thing and went unaddressed), they like to threaten your job by hiring someone and making you train them to replace you, they don’t listen to their employees concerns, the environment is completely unsafe and they are EXPERTS AT UNETHICAL PRACTICES. If you file a complaint of discrimination, I promise you they have no idea what that means and it will not be taken seriously. They will neglect to pay you and you’ll be lied to every time you remind them of not having received your paycheck. This company is running on the backs of loyal customers and even they are getting tired of the lies and bull. Sarah Eigel their HR Director threatened my friend with false allegations. Mike the District/Regional Manager is ruthless and despicable. I WOULDN’T WORK FOR THEM OR INQUIRY ABOUT THEIR SERVICES UNTIL THEY HAVE TAKEN ACCOUNTABILITY AND THE STEPS TO CLEANSE THE ROTTENNESS FROM INSIDE OUT! SIDE NOTE: THESE AREN’T ALLEGATIONS THESE ARE FACTS. THE CHARACTER TRAITS ARE PERSONAL OPINIONS OF MANY. I ENCOURAGE ALL CURRENT CLIENTS TO REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT AND GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT CAN APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE GOING THROUGH CHANGES.
