My family has been going to Freedom Bakery for many years and they have supplied our family with birthday cakes since our kids were little. This time, Freedom Bakery provided us with 3 cakes for my daughter's quinceanera. We had confidence that they would do a great job, but we were completely blown away by the quality, the artistry, and the taste of the three cakes. Two full sheets with their famous fresh strawberry supreme, and the Fiesta Celebration round cake in Red Velvet. All of our guests remarked on how beautiful the cakes were. Some even thought that the round cake was fake because it was so perfectly decorated. The price was great! The staff were professional and caring, and again, the cakes were spectacular. Freedom bakery will remain our go to place for cakes for the foreseeable future

Our staple is the Hawaiian Banana (bananas only), and each bite melts into your mouth and has everyone asking for seconds! The flavor, cake texture, and designs are always consistent!

We chose Freedom Bakery to do our wedding desserts. First off, the take home cake sample platter was amazing… the best idea! Second, the flavors were out of this world and the actual wedding cake (raspberry with lemon) was delicious! Not dry, frosting was perfectly balanced with the filling, and the lemon wasn't too overpowering. I'm telling you, it was on point. Not only was our cake delicious but so were the desserts for the dessert bar! The cheesecake tartlets were the bomb, as were the fruit tartlets, shooter cups, cookies, mini cupcakes… E-VER-Y-THING! Everyone talked about how good the desserts were, and they took my inspo pics for the cake design and knocked it out of the park. You can't go wrong with this place!

Outstanding Bakery! We hired Freedom Bakery to create our wedding cake for our reception in Carmel this Feb. We live in Florida so we connected with them via video calls and emails throughout our planning process. They blew away our expectations. They were professional, easy to work with and incredibly creative. We loved their interpretation of our cake design. Since we met skiing - we added some miniature skis and ski boots. They added mountains and slopes and it was a huge hit. It was also importantly — beyond delicious. We’re so very grateful for our smashing & unforgettable wedding cake. 🎂

Great cakes and pastries. Horrible customer service. Employees seem miserable here. I hope this is not a reflection of the way they are treated here. It’s very awkward having to interact with the staff. Not sure if I want to come back.

The Carrot cake that I bought was not really good, because the walnuts were soggy, like old. There was more cream inside for the filling and less bread. It was too sweet, but the flavor was ok.

This was purely blind faith as we didn’t do a tasting beforehand or anything. We emailed back and forth, and between pictures and communicating back forth, they got my wedding cake exactly how I pictured it. The red velvet flavor was the BEST cake I have ever had! My mom still raves about it months later
