Love this place. First discovered it on an organized bike ride out of Santa Cruz and then discovered their pies. Absolutely the best berry pies within 200 miles of me (which includes contenders such as Luna and Avila Barn. Very olde timey an delicious. Highly recommend a detour to visit Gizdich.

This is hands down the best apple pie ever. They have an apple crumble, the original apple pie, the tall apple pie, elderberry pie, and different types of pie like peach cobbler. It’s a family-owned place with a secret recipe. The owner is still alive and does everything herself. She’s amazing. You can walk around the ranch farm area and just relax. You can eat your apple pie there or inside. They also have jams for sale. Honestly, this is the best pie place ever.

Owner was rude, she took away the play bike from my child making her cry.
Toys in their proper location was more important than having happy 6 year old children at their kids play area.

Get there early for the pies, they constantly bake them but run out quick before next batch. Apple Dutch is amazing!!!

No Apple picking on 10/18. Pies were great. Place is iconic and rustic. 60 year old antique shop to look at with very expensive stuff but fun to look at.

Bought a cherry pie today. After getting home, had a piece and it was subpar. The pie essentially was under cooked. Have been the many times over the years (30), this is the first time for this problem. Sticking with the olliberry pie.
