Really good bread ! Zero customer service the lady at front counter is not friendly and they charge to use cards.

The older lady helping in the counter is sketchy, she charges her own fees supposedly when paying with card she will just round up the total or if you pay more than 25$ a 4 percent charge this person is totally making non existing fees. And variety of bread are so minimal

I ordered a very special wedding anniversary cake and initially the names on the order were written correctly, when I came to pick up the cake the names were written wrong. They gave me the excuse that the cake decorator had left for the day even though it was barely 10:00 in the morning and when the owner came to try to fix the names he only made the names worse. They refused to give me a discount or even an apology for their mistakes. I am very sure that if this was their anniversary cake they would have never let this happen or would have honestly tried their best to fix this mistake but in this case they cared more about the money than knowing that they ruined someone's very special day.!
