The best Tres Leches cake I've had in Watsonville, you can place an order for a special occasion sheet cake, they ask that you be present. No phone or online orders if you've got the time it's worth it! The pastelero is only there certain days. Great variety of pan dulce my favorite is the "elote" bread, made fresh daily.

I ordered a very special wedding anniversary cake and initially the names on the order were written correctly, when I came to pick up the cake the names were written wrong. They gave me the excuse that the cake decorator had left for the day even though it was barely 10:00 in the morning and when the owner came to try to fix the names he only made the names worse. They refused to give me a discount or even an apology for their mistakes. I am very sure that if this was their anniversary cake they would have never let this happen or would have honestly tried their best to fix this mistake but in this case they cared more about the money than knowing that they ruined someone's very special day.!

Not from watsonville, but we found this bakery on yelp when the one we usually stop at was closed and decided to try thjs one out. Soooo good, everything was so fresh and bread was just out of the oven when we arrived. Definitely coming back.
